Peachtree Corners, GA – March 24, 2020 – In response to the CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Custard Insurance Adjusters is taking strategic measures to assure the safety of our employees while maintaining a superior level of customer service to our clients. While the well-being of our employees, clients and surrounding environments is of the utmost importance, we have implemented several actions to effectively manage the challenges associated with the impacts of COVID-19. To date, business continues as usual.
To assure we continue to take appropriate precautions and actions, Custard Insurance Adjusters closely monitors the national health and governmental authorities and U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Custard Insurance Adjusters has not experienced any interruption in our daily operations to date. We have not closed any field branch, TPA or Specialty Division operations. Our Hotline call center, IT and all corporate operations are at full capacity.
In considerations of client visit restrictions CIA’s sales, marketing and account management teams continue to maintain contact via phone, video conference and email in support of fluid communications.
CIA has a robust contingency plan in place that provides the continuation of daily operations. In the event of worsening condition, we will continue to adapt procedures and adjust personnel to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
We have implemented our telecommuting actions to support our ongoing efforts of uninterrupted service in all aspects of our organization.
We are actively updating our IT systems to ensure there is no interruption in our communication with our client partners. You can continue to expect prompt response from CIA personnel via email or phone. Further, we are systematically monitoring our IT functions to ensure the highest level of security is maintained.
Our US employee based Hotline service continues its normal business operations. We do not anticipate any interruption in this service.
CIA’s primary concern is the health and well-being of our employees, client partners and associated community. We continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 pandemic charged challenges and quickly adapt our procedures and services to assure the safety of everyone.
