CIA has a contingency plan in place that would provide for the continuation of daily operations in the event of worsening conditions. This plan is being refined daily as new information becomes available to ensure effectiveness.
We are rapidly expanding our telecommuting capabilities to ensure uninterrupted service when completed remotely. Employees are being trained and coached on this technology, as well as our best practices for the highest level of performance when working remotely.
We are actively updating our IT systems to ensure there is no interruption in our communication with our client partners. You can continue to expect prompt response from CIA personnel via email or phone. Further, we are systematically monitoring our IT functions to ensure the highest level of security is maintained, even while some operations shift away from the office.
Our Hotline services will remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and continue normal business operations.
