Peachtree Corners, GA – March 18, 2020 – During these uncertain times, Custard Insurance Adjusters continues to closely monitor the spread of COVID-19 and take appropriate internal measures to ensure our daily operations continue without interruption.  We stand ready to provide our client partners with the superior customer service to which you have become accustomed.  As the situation evolves, we are committed to providing this exceptional level of service, while also ensuring the health and well-being of our employees.

Contingency Plan

CIA has a contingency plan in place that would provide for the continuation of daily operations in the event of worsening conditions.  This plan is being refined daily as new information becomes available to ensure effectiveness.

Telecommuting

We are rapidly expanding our telecommuting capabilities to ensure uninterrupted service when completed remotely.  Employees are being trained and coached on this technology, as well as our best practices for the highest level of performance when working remotely.

IT Systems

We are actively updating our IT systems to ensure there is no interruption in our communication with our client partners.  You can continue to expect prompt response from CIA personnel via email or phone.  Further, we are systematically monitoring our IT functions to ensure the highest level of security is maintained, even while some operations shift away from the office.

24/7 Hotline

Our Hotline services will remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and continue normal business operations.

Safety 

The main concern for CIA during this time is the health and well-being of our employees and our client partners.  We encourage everyone to stay informed on the spread of the virus, and to follow the recommended procedures put in place.
