Need to request a new password? We're here to help!

If you have forgotten your current password, or simply wish to reset your password for security reasons, please provide us with your username below.

Upon receipt of your request, you will be assigned a new temporary password that will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file.

Once you have received your temporary password, please use it to sign into CIANet at which time you will be prompted to replace your temporary password with a permanent password of your choice.
