The Litigation Management Division is a dedicated unit which provides claims management and administrative services to litigation programs. This unit provides for the consulting and analytical needs of our clients throughout the industry in the areas of litigation management, legal audit and conferencing, second opinion on in-suit claims, training to monitor the servicing of litigation claims, claims administrative services, comprehensive reporting for tracking the frequency and severity of litigation claims and reporting of legal review and recommendations and management of independent law firms. CIA has access to all CIA facilities and programs to provide stability, size, flexibility, communication and accessibility to the account executive.
CIA Litigation Management has a network of independent attorneys
throughout the United States who are properly licensed and experienced
in all legal matters. The control of these outside lawyers will
be the responsibility of CIA.
The administrative services provided in this CIA division can create procedural setup, quarterly claim reviews, data input of clients claims, and any other administrative service the individual client needs as to administration of litigation claims. Additionally, CIA offers complete litigation management services to all of its TPA clients.
CIA works as a team with their clients in the servicing of customer reporting and the use of CIAs centralized customer and claims data base allows for customer oriented reporting for clients with multiple offices. CIA capabilities allow for the handling of litigation management needs for general liability, automobile liability, commercial automobile liability or complete risk management and loss control.
