New PSM Unit Annouced by Custard Insurance Adjusters

Atlanta, GA - August 1, 2011 - As part of its Property Initiative Program, Custard Insurance Adjusters Inc. has announced the formation of its new Property Systems Management Unit (PSM). Located in Atlanta, GA, the PSM Unit was developed as a support unit to provide administrative support, training and guidance to CIA property adjusters as CIA expands its already existing first-party property line of business.

"Our PSM Unit will be key part of the expansion of our property business. Through PSM we are able to provide professional expertise and hands-on administrative support to client partners who utilize electronic property platforms such as XactAnalysis and MSB Administrator", states Brian Richey, Coordinator of the PSM Unit.

Richey goes on to state, "The unit consists of a specialized team of experts dedicated to personally monitoring property losses to provide the most accurate and professional information possible. Additionally, CIA recognizes that each client has its own set of unique procedures, and the PSM Unit will work diligently to customize a product specifically tailored to the client's specifications".
