CIA Announces Property Initiative Program

Atlanta, GA - August 1, 2011 - Custard Insurance Adjusters Inc. has announced the formation of its new Property Initiative Program, an enterprise designed to increase CIA’s first party property business. The Initiative includes the formation of a Property Services Committee consisting of seven highly experienced property claims professionals including Sr. Vice President, Joe Wiggins (Chairman), Pat Milone, VP of CIA’s Property Services Division, and several Branch and Regional Managers.

The focus of the committee is the expansion of CIA’s property training program, enhancement of property claims handling policies & procedures, the publication of new training materials and tools, and the introduction of a new Property Systems Management (PSM) Unit.

“Through innovation and dedicated client partnering, CIA has always been a major player in the IA industry. It is our goal to establish new long term relationships with client partners who may not realize our expertise in first party property loss management, while enhancing the quality services our existing property clients already receive on a routine basis. I believe our Property Initiative will do just that”, stated Joe Wiggins.

Wiggins continued, “We’re especially excited about the formation of our PSM Unit, a support service that will provide our clients with personalized quality assurance, guaranteeing the consistent superior customer service they have come to expect from Custard".
