Promotions Announced at Annual Regional Managers Meeting

The Board of Directors of Custard Insurance Adjusters is pleased to announce the promotions of three deserving individuals to the position of Assistant Vice President . The announcement was made at CIA’s annual Regional Manager’s meeting held in Clearwater Beach, Florida in October.
BRIAN GOUD - Brian Goud joined CIA in March of 2001 as the Atlanta Branch Manager and was appointed the Regional Manager for all of the company’s branch offices in the Carolinas and Georgia in November, 2002. Between 2002 and 2008, revenue in his territory has increased by 96% and profit is up 137%. In fiscal year 2008 the Region’s profits were up 18% over 2007 and his revenue was the largest of all of the regions. “Brian has done an excellent job serving as the account manager for both SRS/Lowes and Sedgwick/Home Depot two very good accounts assigning us a number of new claims each month, remarked Senior Vice President and District Manager, Joe Wiggins. “Brian has very good business acumen and what sets him apart is his willingness to take on additional responsibilities for the good of the company.” Brian can be reached at Custard’s Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA located at:

BILL THOMASSON - Following a two and a half year assignment as an outside consultant with Custard, Bill Thomasson officially began his career with CIA in April, 2003. In September, 2005 he became interim IT Manager accepting the position in an official capacity in December of the same year. Under Thomasson’s leadership the Department has attained a number of major accomplishments to include the photo section in CPS, CiaNet, the marketing section of CPS, integration of CPS with MSB, WIG reporting, the new invoicing/rate system and Employee Link. According to CEO, Bob Soby, “In addition to his technical expertise, Bill works exceptionally well with everyone within CIA. DALE THUMANN - When CIA purchased several branches of CSB in 2002, Thumann became our Houston North Branch Manager for a short while until becoming the manager of our combined operations in Houston later that year. In July 2003 he was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager and a year later to Regional Manager for seven of Custard’s offices in Texas. Thumann has since added five more locations for a total of twelve branch offices under his direction in Texas. Since 2004, his region has increased revenue by 70% and profit by 117%. Thumann’s region was number one in profit in fiscal year 2008 while showing a 16% profit margin. Dale is well known to many of our Texas clients as he spends a good deal of his time in the field following up with existing clients and making marketing contacts with potential new ones.
