Rob May Joins CIA Sales & Marketing Team

Atlanta, GA - September 30, 2006 - Custard Insurance Adjusters, Inc. continues the expansion its Sales & Marketing Team with the announcement of a new Marketing Manager to cover the midwestern states of Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.

Robert May, who assumed his position as Marketing Manager earlier this month, comes to CIA with over ten years of multi-line claims experience. Originally from Connecticut, May moved to St. Louis, Missouri, shortly after graduating college. There he worked for two major insurance carriers handling property, auto and casualty claims for both commercial and personal lines. During this time May also developed and followed an interest in the field of education. He completed his certification in education and taught fourth grade in Missouri for five years while continuing to work each summer for a major insurance carrier as a multi-line adjuster and trainer.

Over the past year May decided to focus all of his efforts on the insurance industry, accepting a position with the same company as an inside CAT Adjuster Supervisor working the Hurricane Katrina & Rita claims. May was also asked to supervise a CAT Unit, managing the thousands of spring storm claims in the Midwest from February to June of this year.

May's successful handling of the hurricane season of last year and the heavy spring storm season of this year were a direct result of his excellent communication and organizational skills and exceptional claims management abilities. May's effective interaction with independent adjusters was equally important in providing customers with high quality, timely claims handling.
