Custard’s 24-Hour Hotline Undergoes Renovation
Atlanta, GA - July 31, 2006 - Custard Insurance Adjusters, Inc.announced the successful
completion of the major renovation of its 24-Hour Hotline facility located in CIA’s home
office in Atlanta, Georgia.
"In order to remain competitive in our industry, our 24-Hour Hotline must be able to respond quickly and
efficiently at all times, and on a moment's notice. Time is of the essence in responding to our customer's
claims, so it is imperative that our Hotline have the most efficient, up-to-date facility and leading edge
technology available to assist them on the job. The entire department underwent a renovation from top to
bottom, and we are extremely happy with the results", stated Susan Meadows, V.P. of Corporate Development.
Meadows further stated, "More and more of our customers are requesting Custard to maintain their loss
reporting phone lines after normal business hours. This renovation has allowed us to provide additional
resources to assist our customers with their needs, and improve what was already a high quality product
to our customers. The Hotline improvements have made responding to our customers easier and
more efficient than ever; all in a very pleasant working environment. Our customers are very happy with the changes they’ve seen." stated Meadows.
The remodeling project involved increasing the size of the facility by approximately 400 sq. ft. to
allow for additional manpower, a phone system upgrade that included new call-in software for CIA branches
and on-call adjusters, new computers, and a redesigned software program for faster data accessibility.
CIA's 24-hour Hotline is housed in its corporate offices in Atlanta, GA and is staffed with extensively
trained, dedicated Custard employees. In an effort to satisfy the specific needs of each individual client,
the CIA Hotline maintains a catalog of client instructions and claim forms for quick reference when necessary.
CIA's Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to any type of claim or catastrophe.
