Adjuster
The Adjuster's responsibility is to resolve claims through investigating
losses and negotiating settlements for property and casualty claims
involving work both inside and outside the office. Desirable candidates
should have prior property and casualty adjusting experience, a
valid driver's license and reliable transportation, evidence of
current adjuster licensure or a clear plan to achieve licensure
within 90 days of employment and possess strong oral and written
communication, problem analysis and organization skills.

The branch Administrative Assistant provides office support to claims managers and adjusters including greeting guests, answering telephones, typing correspondence and forms, transcribing dictation, preparing monthly invoices and other general office duties. Desirable candidates should have previous office experience, be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

candidates should have extensive property and casualty claims adjusting
experience, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation,

demonstrated people management and training skills, as well as experience
in the management of multiple office locations. Some travel required.

Technical Support - Help Desk Technician
The Help Desk Technician provides in-house and remote office support to the Custard's 200+
offices and corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience
installing and troubleshooting Windows 9X, 2000, XP, MS Word, VPN & dial-up connections,
imaging, good organization skills and A+ certified is a plus. The primary responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming Technical Support calls to support Win 9X, 2000, and XP
- Handle routing customer inquiries regarding e-mail (Outlook/Outlook Express), Word, Excel, Citrix and component level problems
- Assess and meet customer needs and escalate customer calls to the appropriate level for further action when needed
- Assist customer in learning to use proprietary software
- Research and resolve customer issues
- Update customer records to document all calls/action taken and required follow-up
- Support DSL
and internet connection problems remotely
