Atlanta, GA – January 1, 2017 – Effective immediately, Custard is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Brian Goud to Southeastern Regional Manager.
With a Finance degree from the University of Florida and ten years of insurance company claims and account management experience, Goud joined CIA in 2001 as the Atlanta Branch Manager.
The following year Goud was promoted to manager of CIA’s Georgia and Carolinas field operations, and in October of 2008 was promoted to AVP/Regional Manager. Goud’s territory continued its growth with the addition of the state of Florida, and in February of 2013 he was promoted to Assistant District Manager, a direct result of successful operations and revenue growth.
CEO, Charlie Peek, states, “Brian Goud has been a proven leader in field operations and management, and his accomplishments within his territory to increase revenue have been noteworthy. Brian is considered a great asset to our field operations, as well as our top tier of management.”
Along with Brian Richey (Georgia Branch Manager at the time), Goud was instrumental in establishing CIA’s Property Services Management Unit in Atlanta in 2012. Highly encouraged by our largest property customers, the PSM Unit eventually grew to become CIA’s Property Services Group (PSG), which encompasses the PSM Unit, Large Loss Unit and Catastrophe Operations.
Goud continues to serve on CIA’s Property Services Committee.
